Hepi birthday to all..

Order from staff kat ofis hubby..
x pernah pun try combination color blue and dark brown but it seems very attractive..i guess..hehe..
as usual..aku sayang nk bagi kek ni kt ownernye..

and this is the first entry that i come out with the edited picture..
i've realized that i was fun and the outcome was very nice..
best..best..

Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake

Gara2 teringin nk makan cheese cake hasil buatan tangan sendiri..aku start google resepi cheese cake ni berhati-hari..finally jumpa jugak resepi yang aku rasa sedap sangat walaupun hanya baca bhn-bhnnye..hehe..
Tapi aku x ingt la pulak aku amik kat blog mana resepi ni..so kpd tuan empunya resepi..saya mintak maaf sangat2 sebab post resepi ni without permission..

Tapi..tak sempat nk amik gambar cheese cake ni..tapi yang pasti cheese cake ni sangat sedap..tak rugi kalu cuba..

Bahan-bahan
Bahan A:
250grm cream cheese
50grm butter
100 ml susu segar
6 biji kuning telur
1 sdb jus lemon (xnk letak pun xper..terpulang pada selera)
1/4 sdk garam
60grm tepung superfine
20g tepung jagung

 
Bahan B:
140g gula
6 biji putih telur
1/4 sdk tartar krim

 
Cara-cara
  1. Cairkan cream cheese, butter & susu dgn teknik double boiler.
  2. Sejukkan adunan cream cheese tadi.
  3. Campurkan tepung, tepung jagung, kuning telur, garam ke dlm adunan cream cheese & gaul hgga sebati.
  4. Dalam bekas lain, pukul putih telur bersama tartar krim, sampai berbuih2.
  5. Tambahkan gula & pukul lagi sampai bertanduk
  6. Campurkan adunan Bahan A td ke dalam adunan Bahan B yg dah gebu tu & kacau smpai sebati.
  7. Sediakan tin/bekas kek yg bulat, yg digriskan bwhnye & tepi tu salut dgn kertas baking. Tuang adunan kek dlm tin kek.
  8. Bakar kek dlm kire2 sejam, dgn cara au bain-marie (waterbath), pd 160 degrees C / 325 degrees F.
**Pd sesapa yg kurang pasti waterbath tu cmner, buatnye simpel jer. Lepas letak adunan dlm dlm tin kek, balut bwh hgga sparuh tinggi tin kek dgn aluminunium foil (ni double protection agar air xmasuk esp springfoam pan, saya x konfiden tu yg wat gitu hehe, kalo xmo buat ok je tp advisable balut). Then, letak tin kek tu atas dulang pembakar, pastu tuang air panas atas dulang pembakar, preferably ½ tinggi tin kek tu, lepas tu letak ler dlm oven then bakar ler, tu aje).

Devil's Food Chocolate Cake

Resepi ni aku jumpa kat sini lepas jalan2 kat tgk kek...tengok jer gmbar terus berkenan..malam tu jugak g cari barang2 and terus buat...n nk buat suprise kt hubby jugak..
So for those who wanna try this recipe..i wish good luck to u oll...

Lepas potong tgk dari dalam lagi sedap...sesapa yg berminat buat kek ni try la..mmg terjamin kesedapannya..x payah g beli kt 'secret' dh...hehe..

Devil's Food Chocolate Cake
p/s: yg ni english version and aku pun malas nk translate ke b.melayu..sowii..

1 cup all purpose flour (tepung gandum biasa)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
65 gram butter
1 large egg - size A
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup buttermilk (homemade: 1/4 cup milk added with a few drops of distilled vinegar (cuka biasa), leave to rest for about 20 minutes
1/2 cup warm water

Methods:

Set your oven at 170C (i set mine at 160C)
Prepare your cake tins, I used my casserole.
Sieve flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate soda, salt, and set aside.
Beat butter with sugars until light and fluffy, add eggs.
When all well incorporated add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder etc) and alternate with liquid ingredients (buttermilk + warm water) in three portions, last incorporate the vanilla extract.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until just cooked


Cream Cheese Frosting

250 g Philly cheese
125 g butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
juice of a squeezed slice of lemon, to rid the cheese taste
Beat the cheese and butter, just until creamy, add the icing sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.

Chocolate Ganache
200 ml double cream with at least 30% fat content
250 g dark chocolate, chopped finely
a pinch of salt

In a double boiler, warm the cream until just at boiling point, add the chocolate and salt and stir, when all chocolate is melted, remove from the heat and continue stirring until all well mixed.

Wait for the cake to cool completely, spread the cream cheese frosting and pour the ganache on top.

Last time aku penah cakap serik nk buat kek sebiji ni sebab lambat dan susah..tiba2 ada orang nk tempah..
dh cakap xnk buat tapi dia nk jugak..so sebab xnk menghampakan dia aku pun buat la..
and then i've realized that its not too difficult as much as i thought...
and ni la hasilnya...

ni plak 2nd experiment buat kek untuk student yang tempah untuk birthday adik dia...and i love this cake very much..rasa macam xnk bagi plak kt org..tp kalu x bagi xde la duit..haha..

Order daripada K.Nana,ex staff masa kat tempat kerja dulu..sempena majlis kawinnyer..

Kek special yg ada bunga kecik2 ni khas buat utk MIL kt KL...
jauh tau bawa dr penang...hehehe..pastu budak2 kecik anak sedara tu mkn icing jer..

Bepi B'day ABAH

Order daripada Cikgu Saerah yang baik sangat..
Husband dia suka main golf so dia requested untuk tema padang golf..
Tapi kan..bila tengok gambar tu betul2..kayu golf tu nampak mcm kayu hoki la plak..haha..

Yang ni plak aku buat special untuk pakngah for his 2nd wedding..arwah makngah dah 6 bulan meninggal and mybe pakngah rasa sunyi kot..dah Tuhan yang tentukan jodoh dia..dapat la 2nd wife yang muda..hehe..

Sedapnyer tgk burger ngan fries tu kan...
Order ni daripada staff my hubby for her hubby..excited sangat nk siapkan kek ni sbb dia request tema KFC..mula2 tertanya2 jugak kenapa nk tema KFC ni..dalam kepala ni dok fikir org yang order ni suka makan KFC..then tanya hubby rupa-rupanya birthday boy ni manager KFC..patutla nk tema KFC..hehe..
Lama jgk cari idea nk buat kek ni..lastly lukis jer menu2 KFC..alhamdulillah la owner kek ni suka sangat..

Order from Kelab Koperasi untuk hari koperasi sekolah..actually aku pun x sure K5 tu maksudnye ape..hehehe..

Really enjoyed doing this order sbb rasa mcm buat birthday party for kids..
Tapi punyalah seksa nak buat tapak kek tu..terpaksa combined 6 papan untuk 2 huruf tu jer..
Nasib baik 2 huruf jer..dah la kereta comel aku tu x leh masuk barang yang besar2 ni..
